Expand your plant palette in a number of ways with this course designed to take your garden into the kitchen year-round. Ornamental plants offer a multi-purpose approach that supports emerging lifestyles and a practical way to look at the garden. This course concentrates on identification, culture, landscape use, and culinary use by focusing on planting combinations of safe, edible species and cultivars that are suitable for growing in the garden or containers. Tasting opportunities will be provided!
