Summer Conference in New York - 2003
Over 180 individuals attended the conference in New York this summer. Speakers and gardens focused on "Small Spaces in Urban Places". The designers in attendance were impressed with the quality of speakers and the great gardens visited. Speakers included Christopher Bradley-Hole, Christopher Bradley-Hole Landscape; Dean Cardasis, FASLA, Dean Cardasis & Associates; Patrick Chassé, Patrick Chassé, ASLA; Jeff Mendoza, J. Mendoza Gardens, Inc.; Lynden Miller, Lynden B. Miller Public Garden Design; Stephen Scanniello; and Marco Polo Stufano. In addition to the illustrious speakers present, those in attendance visited numerous sites in New York including a tour to the garden on the 13th floor of the Rockefeller Center…a garden only few have been fortunate enough to see. Other gardens visited included Wave Hill and Pepsico, in addition to numerous private gardens.
